What to eat when trying to get pregnant

When trying to conceive, it’s important to make sure both you and your partner are as healthy as possible. Eating a balanced, healthy diet that is varied will help you get most of the vitamins and minerals you need. Try to eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables every day and choose wholegrains such as whole wheat pasta or brown rice instead of refined starchy (white) food.
