What is ovulation induction?
Ovulation induction is a low-cost fertility treatment, and a great way to support women wishing to get pregnant naturally if they have irregular cycles, or those who don’t ovulate on their own.
Hormonal medication is used to gently stimulate your ovaries into producing more eggs, maximising your chances of getting pregnant naturally.
You’ll have all of your scans at a clinic local to you, and one of our fertility consultants will monitor your progress remotely.
Once we’ve determined the exact day of ovulation, we’ll guide the timing of sexual intercourse to maximise your chance of getting pregnant naturally.

Once we’ve created a personalised treatment plan – specific to your fertility circumstance – you’ll be able to book in your scans at your local ultrasound clinic.

When you’re ready to start your treatment, we’ll send you a prescription for your medication, which can be collected from your chosen local pharmacy, or we can arrange for our partner pharmacy to deliver via courier.

Once in treatment, you can expect to need around two scans – all of which will be conducted at your local ultrasound scanning centre.
Your consultant here at The Evewell will review your results, and you’ll be updated by our nursing team by 6pm that day if there are any changes to your medication.

Once we have determined the exact day of ovulation, you will be guided by your consultant and our nursing team the timing of sexual intercourse to maximise the chances of conception.
