You’ll receive a few emails at key stages of your pregnancy, along with the occasional check-in from our team. These include guidance, reassurance and signposting to helpful resources, but never clinical advice.

Your emails will come from Amy, who looks after patient support and who you may recognise from our patient content and Instagram.

If at any point these emails no longer feel right for you, or if your circumstances change, you can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email, and you won’t receive any more messages in this series.
