The Evewell is a trusted partner clinic for Carrot fertility members. Here’s exactly what to expect from your first enquiry through to starting treatment, so you can take the next step with confidence.
If you’re a Carrot member exploring fertility treatment, The Evewell is one of Carrot’s trusted partner clinics in London. We know that taking the first step into fertility treatment can be a big moment and our Patient Services team is here to make it as straightforward and reassuring as possible.
As a Carrot member, you’re entitled to:
These discounts apply to our standard package prices for IVF or egg freezing only.
Blood tests, blastocyst culture, time-lapse incubators, additional investigations, medication, or add-ons recommended by your consultant are charged at our usual rates, and you’ll always receive a full, transparent cost breakdown before you commit to anything.
MEET OUR TEAM ON A CALLThere are two ways most Carrot members come to us. Both get you the same benefit, but the most important thing is to tell us you’re a Carrot member as early as possible, ideally at the point of enquiry. This ensures your discount is applied from the moment we send you a quote and that your treatment planning later on is set up correctly.
If you’ve spoken to your Carrot Care Team and they’ve referred you to The Evewell, we’ll receive your details directly. Just mention you’ve been referred via Carrot when we’re in touch.
Many Carrot members find us first and mention Carrot when they enquire. Just tell us you’re a Carrot member when you call, email, or fill in our contact form.
The first step is to tell us you’re a Carrot member as early as possible, ideally at the point of enquiry. This makes sure your discount is applied from the moment we send you a quote, and that your treatment planning later on is set up correctly.
Get in touch by phone, email, our website contact form, or via your Carrot Care Team. A member of our Patient Services team will:
You can also book a free 15-minute call with our Patient Services team if you’d like to ask questions before committing.
This is where you’ll meet your consultant. They’ll review your history, any tests you’ve already had, and discuss your goals and options. You’ll have the chance to ask questions and start thinking about what treatment, if any, is right for you.
A quick note on Carrot verification: if you came to us directly (rather than through a referral from Carrot), our reception team will ask you to sign in to your Carrot app at your first appointment, just so we can confirm your membership. It only takes a moment, and it means your Carrot pricing is locked in for any treatment we go on to plan.
After your Initial Consultation, you’ll receive:
We work to your timeline. There’s no pressure to start straight away, many of our patients take time to absorb their plan before deciding.
Unlike many clinics, we begin IVF treatment in line with your natural cycle. We ask you to call us when your period starts, rather than adjusting your cycle to fit our schedule. More work for us — less stress on your body.
A typical IVF cycle takes around one month from the start of medication to your pregnancy test:
We are proud to share that The Evewell is one of the top three performing fertility clinics in the UK, with a live birth rate of 47%* across all ages.
* vs. the HFEA national average of 28%, for live births per embryo transferred, excluding PGT-A tested embryos.
We believe in being upfront about costs. Carrot members benefit from:

The 10% applies to the package price for your first IVF cycle (£4,095), or egg freezing cycle (£4,050).

Additional costs, such as blood tests, blastocyst culture, time-lapse incubators, egg or embryo storage, additional investigations, medication, or add-ons recommended by your consultant, are charged at our usual rates, and you’ll always receive a full, transparent cost breakdown before you commit to anything.
The 10% first-cycle discount applies only to your first cycle of IVF or egg freezing with us. Your Carrot Care Team can advise on any wider Carrot funding available to you for ongoing treatment.
We have two London clinics, Harley Street and Hammersmith, West London. Your Patient Services contact will help you choose the most convenient location, or one based on the consultant you’re seeing.
Yes. You’ll have a named consultant, but you’ll also benefit from our whole team’s input, consultants, embryologists, and nurses review every patient’s progress together at our daily ‘All Hands’ meeting.
That’s completely fine. Many patients start with a Fertility Review or a free 15-minute call with our Patient Services team to talk through their options before deciding what feels right.
Your Carrot Care Team is your first point of contact for benefit-specific questions (coverage limits, eligibility, allowance balance). For anything related to treatment at The Evewell, our Patient Services team is here to help.
