Supported at every step, our passionate nurses make a real difference in patients’ lives while growing both personally and professionally.
Joining The Evewell nursing team means being part of a supportive, patient-focused environment where nurses have the time to provide bespoke, personalised care.
You’ll be exposed to innovative and creative treatment plans that improve patient outcomes, with exposure to a wide range of fertility cycles.
With scanning training and dedicated time with patients to deliver first-class service, we ensure our care is always top-tier.
“I am proud to work in a clinic where each team truly cares for the patient and works hard together to guarantee the best possible outcomes. I can see how the individualised treatment plans work and have learned so much since starting at The Evewell. We have an amazing nursing team that feels like a family away from home.”
As a part of The Evewell nursing team, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting a wide range of gynaecological and fertility procedures, including patient recovery after sedation, phlebotomy draws, administering IV infusions, IM, and S/C medications. You’ll be the vital link between patients and their care plans—booking appointments, sharing important results, and leading nurse consultations. For those trained, you’ll have the chance to conduct pelvic ultrasound scans, making a direct impact on patient journeys.
We set our new team members up for success from day one. As a new employee, you’ll receive six weeks of induction for training with the nursing team across both clinics, before being placed on the rota.
Your training will include: assisting with procedures, recovery, nurse consultations, reviewing results and contacting patients with the next steps, helping you feel fully confident and supported before joining our rota and weekend schedules.
In addition to this, there will be the opportunity for staff members to apply for training in ultrasound scanning.
We love to promote internally! The progression from Junior to Mid to Senior will be dependent on your fertility experience, and in addition, you’ll have the opportunity to attend conferences, seminars and educational days.
