Dr Sevasti Koulouraki is a fertility specialist with a strong background in obstetrics and gynaecology, known for her calm, compassionate approach and the deep connection she builds with her patients. She has always been inspired by the power of medicine to change people’s lives, finding meaning in helping others build families and being part of such a transformative journey.
For Sevasti, medicine isn’t a simple job; it’s about becoming part of her patients’ stories. She recognises that fertility care is both emotional and medical, and that each patient brings their own unique hopes, challenges, and vulnerabilities. She sees her role not only as a clinician but as a guide, supporting patients emotionally while working towards the best possible outcome.
Sevasti acknowledges that fertility can be a rollercoaster, physically, emotionally, and financially. She understands how deeply it can affect every area of life and works hard to tailor treatment around her patients’ realities, helping them navigate challenges while keeping their goals in sight.
She has a particular interest in fertility preservation, believing passionately in empowering women to understand their fertility and explore every option available, whether for medical reasons, such as oncology, or for personal choice. Sevasti is dedicated to helping patients not just achieve pregnancy, but also plan ahead to complete their families in the future.
Sevasti’s clinical expertise includes low ovarian reserve, preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A) and secondary infertility.
Before joining The Evewell, Sevasti worked as a Clinical Research Fellow at King’s Fertility and a Senior Clinical Fellow in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. She completed her specialist training at Aretaieion University Hospital and Thriasio General Hospital in Greece and is currently pursuing a PhD in pre-eclampsia in high-risk pregnancy.
Fluent in both Greek and English, Sevasti is passionate about fertility education and ensuring that every patient feels informed, respected, and cared for throughout their journey.
