Fertility is one of the few health topics that reaches deep into working life, almost never gets discussed at work, and treatment lands squarely on the working week. Appointments are early, scans are frequent, and the emotional load doesn’t stop at the office door.
Most employees don’t tell their employer what’s happening, most take sick leave rather than ask for support, and a significant proportion consider leaving altogether. That’s a retention and productivity issue as much as a wellbeing one, and it sits with people who are usually in their 30s and 40s, often mid career, often expensive to replace.
Education is the cheapest intervention available to you. A single hour, delivered by people who do this work every day, gives your teams accurate information and signals that the subject is not off limits.

Our fertility talks
Every session is delivered by a member of our clinical or patient services team, and every one ends with an open question and answer session. Pick the topic that fits your teams, or tell us what you are trying to address and we will build something around it. Or, if you’re launching a policy, marking National Fertility Awareness Week, supporting an employee network or responding to something your people have asked for, tell us and we will shape a session around it.
What is normal, what is not, and what is worth investigating. We cover cycles, common gynaecological conditions including endometriosis and PCOS, what fertility testing actually measures, and how the picture changes through perimenopause and menopause. Suits a mixed audience and works well as an all staff session.
A plain explanation of how fertility treatment works. What IVF and IUI involve, what tests come first, what affects the odds, and the routes to parenthood for solo parents, same sex couples and anyone using donor eggs, sperm or embryos. We cover male fertility properly rather than as a footnote, because it accounts for around half of cases.
The session people ask for most. What the process looks like week by week, how age affects the numbers, how many eggs are usually needed, what storage means in practice, and how it fits around a working life. We are honest about what egg freezing can and cannot promise.
Who will be in the room
Your session is delivered by someone who does this work every day. Our consultants, embryologists, nurses and patient services team all speak, and we match the speaker to the topic and to your audience. You will know who is coming, and their biography, before you confirm the date.
What happens after the talk
A talk raises questions that nobody wants to ask in front of colleagues. So every session comes with something else, a free 15 minute call with our patient services team for any employee who wants one.
It is a private conversation, booked directly by the employee, with no involvement from you and nothing reported back. People use it to ask about a test result, to work out whether their symptoms are worth investigating, to understand what treatment would cost, or simply to say something out loud for the first time. Many take a call and decide they do not need to do anything yet. That is a good outcome.
We send you a booking link after the session, and you pass it on however suits your organisation.

Yes. We deliver in person at your offices, online, or hybrid for organisations with distributed teams. Online sessions work well because people ask more questions when they can type them.
A member of our clinical or patient services team, matched to the topic. That could be a fertility consultant, an embryologist, a fertility nurse or a member of our patient services team. You will know who is coming before you confirm the date.
There is no minimum. We have delivered sessions to small teams of a dozen people and to audiences of several hundred. Smaller groups tend to produce better questions.
Yes, properly rather than as a footnote. Male factor is involved in around half of cases, and sessions that only address female fertility leave half the workforce out of the conversation.
No. The talks are educational and our speakers are briefed to teach rather than sell. We tell people what to look out for, what the evidence says, and where to go next, including options that have nothing to do with us.
