
Margaret is the patient services manager at The Evewell, working closely with Rebecca Hay, and plays a vital role in ensuring every patient experiences clear, consistent and compassionate communication from their very first contact with the clinic, through treatment planning and throughout their fertility journey.
A cornerstone of the Evewell team, Margaret brings deep knowledge of how the clinic operates and an exceptional understanding of patient care pathways. Having previously worked closely with Mr Colin Davis as his lead medical PA, she has extensive insight into both the clinical and emotional aspects of fertility treatment, allowing her to support patients with confidence, clarity and sensitivity.
Margaret works closely with the wider patient services and clinical teams to ensure information flows smoothly and patients always know what to expect next. She is passionate about making sure no question goes unanswered and no patient feels unsure or unsupported at any stage of their treatment.
Known for her calm, reassuring presence, Margaret places empathy and organisation at the heart of everything she does. She believes that feeling informed and listened to can make a significant difference to how patients experience fertility treatment, particularly during what can be an emotional and uncertain time.
